Community Centered, Collaboration, Impact: To be Community Centered  represents the Foundation to understanding communities or groups. Without good insight of a community, one would not be able to provide support that makes a lasting, positive difference. Think of it in marketing terms. If a business has its target market wrong, and do not understand what their customers need, or fail to respond to how the market changes, it is bound to set itself up for failure.  We are guarded against prejudice and stereotyping when it comes to serving others, as those are two factors that will collapse relationship building, communication and understanding those whom we serve.
